Very hard to deal with. Would never buy a house if they were the selling agent. I would never recommend any person sell a house if they are buying as a nominee. Arrogant ! Very rude staff.

I have sold a property that was purchased as Honor Baxter as Nominee, they wouldn't release the deposit to me as they keep in their account earning interest. They were nothing but rude on the phone. I will never sell another property and have any dealings with them again

Well, well, well. Initially a good experience with these agents. Referred a friend with investment properties and they eventually let us both down. At the end of the day (like alot of businesses), they are just in it for the almighty dollar but they forget where that almighty dollar comes from - word of mouth and probable "2nd time round" utilisation of their business
