1- specifically asked my 10 bales of hay to be stacked in shed, assured they would be, but they were left outside yard, given 3 different excuses ,
none of which actually excused it , from the delivery person as to why this happened. So I have to assume she couldn't be bothered. Then , 2 --dropped horse rugs off to be mended about 4 , might even be 6 , weeks ago. Finally got them back . Was not told there would be such a long wait. I left my expensive quality synthetic rug with multiple tiny tears inside and a few snags ( not rips ) on the outside. Snags were patched with huge bits of CANVAS. You do NOT patch synthetic rugs with canvas!!! and if you are going to you should know enough to call first and ask if it's acceptable ,which it most certainly is not. My good rug is now ruined. I have waited over a month for it and now have to go without longer because I have to take it elsewhere and hope they can actually repair the leaks that will be left becauseof sewing in huge
canvas patches way bigger than needed, after those patches are removed and replaced with the appropriate material. Owner extremely rude when I complained . So far very unhappy with the service from new owners of One Tree Hill store and won't be going back .

Approximate cost: $50

The lady there was very informative and helpful in picking out chook feed. She made some recommendations, and lovely to talk to.
Quite reasonable prices as well. We have gone back twice now after the first time when I saw the shop reviewed on WOMOW and since its not too far away would definitely visit again.

Friendly staff always asking me if I needed a hand, got me what I needed at the cheapest prices and always happy to offer advice.
The prices there are a lot cheaper than the big saddlery franchises, and they have a wide range of horse feed, as well as other items for other pets. I loved their cute and cuddly corner too, kept the kids entertained.

My horse seems to delight in wrecking her rugs on a regular bass so I always take them into this place to have them fixed. One of my rugs in particular is difficult to repair because of the way it is made but the ladies have managed to repair it anyway in a timely fashion and at reasoanble price.

Approximate cost: $18
