i have had lots of good experiences with this place they have helped me out a lot and i still go there all the time

DO NOT USE! Untrustworthy. Had 2nd hand transmission installed and only got month warranty. Within that month, transmission goes again. Take it back and you think it would be under warranty but they want to charge us more cost. A phone call to VACC and consumer affairs solved this. Then another transmission installed. Few months later other car problems found. Took to another mechanic who found MAJOR problems and tampering that was caused by this mechanic. Installation of transmission also dangerous and life threatening. Take your car elsewhere. For your own safety. So many bolts and pieces missing that it is a wonder the transmission did not fall out on us flipping our car and killing us. BE WARNED. For $700 and $800 take your car somewhere else!

They were supposed to fix the transmission under warranty and now after 7 weeks it is finally done and the have given a invoce for $700. STAY AWAY

Very bad experience with this workshop, took car in for transmission work, and in return they gave car back with a broken door handle and broken headlight protector, 3 weeks later and i am still chasing them up to get it repaired. Was absolutely disgusted when one of the workers blamed the door handle breaking due to the car being " a bomb ". They didn't think it was a bomb when they took our $700 for repairs. Very dissappointed in this workshop and i do NOT recommend them to anybody.

We had the cam shaft sensors replaced in our car about 4 months ago, cost us just over $250 and we were stuffed around no end to begin with. First bad experience was that we dropped the car in for them to work on, left with my 4 month old baby and came back at the end of the day in the pouring rain to pick up my car and they hadnt even looked at the car let alone fixed it and were apparently too busy to call me to tell me. Stupidly I gave them another chance and they fixed it but today have found out that the cam shaft sensors are gone again, so rang them as it is under warranty and they asked if we had the invoice and I said I couldnt find it but it should be in their log book (yes I know LEGALLY I dont have a lef to stand on) so they abused the crap out of me yelling at me that its not their problem if I have lost my receipt, they have too much on their mind to look back through their log book if we cant keep our receipts, and went on and on yelling at me about how hard his life is and in the end said stuff you! Great customer service huh? Well I can honestly say they are the most unprofessional company I have ever come across and warn anyone thinking of taking their car their to think again!!!
