Just had the family Tarago detailed ready for a trip away tomorrow and I don't think they could have done a worse job if they tried. The wait was long so when the car was ready I was in and off. While driving home I'm noticing more and more issues. I'll let the images speak for themselves. You couldn't have less pride for your business and work and less respect for your customers!! More like "Sloppy's"... steer clear!!

Had to detail again at home

$35 for a wash and vac. and an extra $20 to spray under the wheel guards! I don't mind an up-sell if there is value attached but for stuff they should be doing anyway - not cool. The the manager tries to tell me I should pay for it because they do it anyway. My point exactly! Rather than bait and switch just make the wash and vac $55. They treat consumers like idiots.

What's next ? A glass surcharge if your car has any glass??

The only car wash where the car comes back dirtier than before it was washed. Staff are rude and incompetent, avoid this place at all costs!
