H1 used to be better in good old days. However, in my recent experiences, I have noted that their consultants lack experience and knowledge. Their understanding is very limited and lack respect, integrity and honesty.

Unlike most recruitment agencies Horizonone actually seem to care. They never sent my CV to anyone I didn't speak with them about first, which is super rare. They only ever sent my CV to jobs I was actually interested in, not just the jobs they needed to fill. They put people before their own financial gain and that makes them stand out from the usual recruitment crowd.
