Very unprofessional. Employers and employees stay away use other alternatives .Before Christmas i had advised 2 months in advance to the agency i will be going away for holidays with family. Also told workplace supervisors and managers they were fine with it as i told in advance and all wished merry Christmas etc. When i came back told the position is not available anymore. Funny thing is people that still work at this site are good mates and told me they have hired new ppl. To this agency its money/profit over loyalty it seems. Spoke with workers there after being told about the news they said its is all in agencies hands well thats not what the supervervisors have said. Also to note i have been working at this site for nearly 7 yrs with another agency before horner recruitment took over. Beware you have been warned.
