Its disappointing the experience I had there, I had a appointment with one of the nurses and I arrived 5 minutes before with my kid, informed the receptionist immediately that Im here to see the nurse. And waited for about 45 minutes but no one got back to us, so again I went to the reception asked for the nurse , Then only she went inside and checked with the others. told me that the nurse is sick and on leave today. They could clearly see and hear my kid playing there for about 45 minutes but anyone didn't check why we were waiting there for this long. if i didn't check for the second time we could have waited even longer. I'm a working mum so the time is very precious to me.
Im not happy about the customer service of this centre, even to get an appointment I had to wait for about 2 weeks for them to return to my 2 messages I left on their phone.
I have being to the early childhood centre in Guildford and I'm very impressed with their service but unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.

this humble-looking centre provides home visits, mother groups, consultation by appointments etc. the nurses are very kind and helpful, I strongly recommend the new mothers of this area to give them a ring and see what services may be suitable for them. They are so supportive and sincere. amble parking at the back too.
