Worst experience ever in my life. Unfriendly receptionist and rude doctor. I have ear pain & headache for a few days and went to see de kelvin yip yesterday. I reach on time of my booking but waited for 45mins because receptionist keep letting regular walk in patients without appointments jump in queue. When my wife asked the receptionist just dodge the question. My turn with doctor, he asked a few questions of my condition and slightly checking my ears. I told him that I’ve taken a lot of panadols and neurofen but pain still not go away. I asked if I can have prescription for stronger medicine, he then with a very unfriendly tone accusing me for faking my condition for painkillers/drugs because I’m a new patient there. I have a small fight with him telling him I just moved to this surburb. Never have this kind of insult in my life. How can a doctor saying such a thing to a patient!? Never again I’ll visit here

I was there seeing a doctor for several times now. He is very good with me all time and patiently talk to me and discuss my issue. I feel very comfortable as a patient. The lady on the reception desk always tried her best to dealt with my issues

This medical practice is great for the small medical necessities such as vaccinations or doctors certificates for school or work. They have bulk billing and it's located conveniently near the station
