Choose to use Watch Centre as they could replace the battery in my watch on the spot. Big mistake. Scratched the case, rear plate. Strongly recommend against this service. Woman who served me was rude.

I had a watch battery replaced and it cost fifty per cent more than it usually costs me in the city - they did it quickly and it is working but I would not return by choice.

Went to get a watch battery fitted to a water resistant watch, when I went to pay was told in a rude way that I should get the watch pressure tested or they would not guarantee it being water resistant anymore. I asked how much that would be and was told around $40!!! I declined and went home to wear the watch, found water in it a week later. Noticed they had not screwed in the side winder properly. One perfectly good watch ruined. I've had this watch for 8 years and never been pressured into having a $40 test done nor has any watch battery service person left the side winder undone. Did not think to check as I assumed they would know to do this.

this is good old fasion custormer service, it is a credit to its owner, nothing is to hard to fix, the kiosk was busy when i went to get my watch fixed, it was fixed on the spot, happy to go their again for the service.
