Quite a well presented and well stocked shop.
I was put off by the rude and common woman behind the counter who was advising people they couldn't bring drinks in when they were smartly dressed adults and looked like they had enough money to buy the shop.
The owners need to check in on their staff who are obviously losing them business.
There is one young student who is extremely helpful and has a really great attitude but I can obtain better service and prices online.

Rather good range of supply but the service is so terrible. I asked them what's the difference between these 2 products and the reply is "different", full stop. And the attitude is just like she is too good to be there. So why be there if being so unhelpful? If it isn't because the next knitting supply shop is so far away I will not want to step foot into that shop.

I love going to this shop for something special or searching for a new project. The staff have been great in giving advice about substituting wool for patterns and have posted me some extra when I couldn't get to the store anytime soon.
