I stopped going here when they couldn't seem to decide on a price structure. Sometimes they were charging an admission fee for adults which included a coffee and other times they were only charging the kids. Its more expensive than other play centres and no better so I would probably give it a miss. In its favor, the slide is good and there is a separate space for toddlers.

Took my kids to this playcentre recently. They have great slides etc which kept the kids busy for ages and was great exercise for them. But its not cheap - was over $10 per kid plus the food and drinks were really expensive. Save some money and go to your local park.

The owner is very arrogant people from all around the area know it. The prices at the cafe are enough to deter me because the kids always want a drink and somehting to eat and its just too expensive with 3 kids. The play centre is alot of fun its a shame the owner doesnt wake up to how much more business he could have. The place is clean

The owner or Manager of this play center BIGSLIDE is very rude and has no customer service skills, does not make you feel welcome.
The cafe prices are very high, for example large chips cost me $8.60 which I thought was pricey compared to anywhere else in Melbourne.
The slide is a positive about the place, it is very long and fun. Overall though I would not return as you come out spending alot of money due to the prices of the cafe.

I agree with you about the manager and prices. I have been quite a few times to this play centre, one of the times was for my best friends sons birthday. My husband had a sip of water from my daughters cup, when the manager came up to him, told him the water was only for the kids and to stop being such a tight arse and buy a drink from the cafe, as you can imagine, all of the adults attending the party were shocked at just how rude someone can be. I avoid going there now, I don't want to give them my money, yet I must say we still attend wite a few parties there as it is one of the better play centres.

My two children are 10 years and 4 years old and find it difficult at times to please both with the same activity, but this place did it. It has great slides, very clean and a sports court included. We spent over 3 hours there and bought food and drinks, so overall cost was about $50 all up, not bad compared to lot of other activities for that time. Remember to take your water and socks and you will have a great time.

Approximate cost: $Under 2 free during week up to $11.00 for 5 years and over

very arrogant owner....had sons birthday party there and once the time limit was up they removed all the kids drink cups and cordial, which there was still plenty left that we had paid for. They did say that we could still stay there and play, which is the norm, but would have to buy more drinks from the cafe...there were also a number of other problems...to many to mention..definately wouldnt go again. Hae heard many similar stories from other locals too...

Approximate cost: $220

Visited this place today just for casual play with the 4 kids. Strongly agree with Lisa2 from Seville, owner is arrogant owner, prices for cafe items is a joke.... Haven't had a party there and never will. Wont return, the owner might want to consider fixing things like taps in toilets!!!!

I took my two children to play the other week. It cost me $11 for the older one and $7 for the younger. We stayed all day for $18 dollars. We had the best time and I joined in and played with them - you can't help but want to try that hugh slide. We will certainly be returning.

My sister had her birthday party here. the room wasn't ready yet, so we waited 10 minutes for our party room. then once all guests arrived the girls only had 10 mins play before food was served then cake straight after that. i say the whole thing was very rushed, and there was no relaxation for my mum as she was only doin what the lady asked - need to move quickly as there is another party after ours.

Unfortunately the people there are rude........we had the same trouble with our sons party and the staff and the guy that owned the place made my adult guest feel intimidated and extreemly uncomfortable

I took my 20month old son here one day to play for something different. It's a very big playcentre and has quite a lot to do. There's indoor sports included in the entry price, but overall it's very expensive, especially for little ones like mine! There was an area for young kids to play in that had a jumping castle, balls, ride on toys and some big building blocks etc. - ok size. The area for older kids was massive and has many slides and climbing areas, including a super slide, and jumping castles. I found it very hard to ensure that I was able to see my child at all times unless I was climbing with him (which I did).

Approximate cost: $7 - 12

I took 8 boys here today for a basketball breakup, staff were extremely rude, prices ridiculous, $11.00 for admission for over 5 year olds, $4.50 for a cordial bottle full of tap water and when I questioned this went on and on about how he has to pay someone to fill the bottles and put them in the fridge. Food came out at different times, order was mucked up and we didnt receive some of the food that we ordered only to be told we never ordered and paid for it. And did I mention staff were rude??? Had dealings with at least 4 members of staff who were all extremely rude. Also charge $1.00 to use eftpos, $2.00 to use credit card.

Approximate cost: $11.00 entry
