channelle96 if only we had read your review, same thing with my daughters rental..Horsham real estate is happy to call you back within minutes until they get you in the house, once in the house they never return your calls, my daughter went all day without power after their 2 emergency contact numbers were unanswered or went to voicemail, and then after leaving messages and 2 contact numbers still noone returned the calls. once they start receiving your rental money thats it they just dont care. i will be contacting fair trades, tenants union and consumer affairs. if they cant fix the house to a suitable standard then they should be obligated to find her another house. she has 2 small children and due to have another one any day now. she does not need the stress they are causing her through their lack of duty of care

we found that they say one thing to get you in a place but when you are there they they don't want to to about anything that is a problem, takes months to fix things, i would avoid them if you can
