I have purchased a ring and a stone fell out. They would not give me a refund but a credit. Only two weeks ago I purchased a pendant and was told the chain was gold. After two days the chain went black and they saw for themselves plus they remembered me. At first the staff who served me said no the chain was not gold yet I reminded her what she had said. Another staff member said she would send it away but was returned for the managers decision. Plus later on I noticed the piece was bent. Staff are unaware what the stones are or if gold or not which is disappointing.
