This is a case of "don't judge a book" etc. From the outside and even looking at the inside of this shop, you wouldn't expect much. It's small, clad with some sort of fake wood, there's an old tile floor and the "eat in" component consists of one ripped couch and a couple of battered tables and chairs. BUT the food itself and the cheery man in there who makes it, are really good.

I had the Hot Chicken Roll at only $5 with a serve of Chicken Breast Pops at $3.50. The roll was fresh bread and lightly toasted on the grill, the filling of pieces of chicken, coleslaw and a creamy and tangy sweet mayonnaise was just delicious. But the guy didn't ask me whether I wanted this and if it had have been my husband, he wouldn't have eaten anything with sauce in.

The chicken pops were freshly deep fried and there was a good -sized serve of them in the bag.

They also do burgers, wraps, chicken and chips etc with salads.

If they lifted their game a little and refurbished the inside of the shop and added some outdoor tables and a coffee machine, I reckon they would do a roaring trade.

Approximate cost: $5 - 10
