The plumber they sent quoted over $700 to replace the hot water pump when all the unit needed was a service as demonstrated by another plumber. Still waiting for a refund of their fee of $265 as I had to pay $150 for the service.

Initially went with them because they were the warranty repairers for my hot water system. When called out on their pricing being much higher than a very experienced local plumber, they got aggressive and defensive. Would not recommend.

Been using these guys for 10 years for maintenance and when it came to replace the old hot water system today part of our internal roof gave in when removing the old system due to an old house and the flu/roof section being put in shoddy originally. Brian was awesome and another plumber Steve was out in 20min and they finished the install together and were exceptionally reasonable on the price given it prob took an extra 2 hours on the original quote. Will definitely recommend, this business is very honest and fair.

Sent emails to 3 different hot water business regarding replacing my hot water system. Mark from Hot Water Professionals sent me an email at 8am the next morning, and called me at 9am. Been offered a good price and decided to go ahead. Job done at 3pm. Really happy about it.

We had our hot water service replaced by these guys, they were great. Not only did they explain all of our options and the costing, they were happy to change things to suit what we wanted. They were incredibly professional and were prompt - I hate it when companies say they will be here at a certain time and they dont come.
We were also really impressed with their after sales support, we thought we were having a problem and it was no trouble for them to come out and have a look!
