I couldn't be happier with the service " Hounds On Hamish" provides, my two pooches are so excited!, when they arrive to be greeted by the owner, whom they have now become very familiar with. the attention to detail & the love & attention they receive is great!, not to mention the treats after being pampered. the pick up & delivery sevice is a bonus & the rates are very reasonable, wouldn't go anywhere else. My partner used hounds on hamish and had a terrible experience and found them very rude, would definitely NOT RECOMMEND.

Noodle loves coming to Hounds on Hamish and the pick up and delivery is great. He always looks beautifully grromed. We took our old dog there too a few years back and have never had a problem.

I travel from Donvale to Greensborough to get my dogs groomed, as I love the gentle approach, and the owner obviously has a true love of dogs. The previous review sounds like a case of sour grapes, I have never in my 6 years of having my dogs groomed at Hounds had a bad experience. I love the fact my dogs come home stress free and smelling beautiful, in fact they like to overstay their welcome. Other groomers I've been to make my dogs very anxious to get back into the car which is not a good sign. I would not hesitate taking my dogs to this welcoming home.

Do not use hounds on hamish. Sent our dog to be clipped and returned in a disappointing condition, which cost us $350 in vet bills. Shocking service.
