Tried HofE after multiple recommendations and I was very impressed. Walter cut and blowdried my hair and I walked out feeling like a celebrity! Definitely recommend.

I purchased a groupon and had my first appointment at the House of Ernest - and had a blast. The girls were amazing, they new what they were talking about, my hair looked fabulous, great chats and a glass of wine. It was my Saturday night out, during the day. Loved my time there.

Attended the salon a couple of weeks ago. Had images and explained what results I was looking for. My colour stylist had amazing customer service skills and listened very attentively. She did an absolutely amazing job with the colour and the outcome was exactly as I wished for.
But that is where my positive experience stopped.
The hairdresser that was due to come and do my styling was stuck in traffic and there was a last minute change of stylists. Courtney had no care in the world listening to what I wished for and absolutely butchered my hair. Outcome was nothing that I wished for and the cut also ruined the colour job the stylist had done. You should have seen my colour stylist absolute horror when she saw my cut.
So I walked out of the salon in pure shock not knowing what to say, just paid the $390.00 said thank you and walked out. I thought I will get use to this, but it is just so bad that there is no getting used to this.
I have been to two hairdressers now who have been in absolute shock of the results. I am now due to spend $1,000 to have this recoloured and hair extensions applied to make it look half decent.
This is a warning that just because a salon has good reviews does not mean all the staff there are good and experienced.
When choosing your salon please also make sure you research the hairdresser doing the job.

I have been going here for some time. Every one is extremely friendly, they listen to what u want. prices are a little pricey but it is worth it.

I have been going to this salon for over 10 years, and never have a complaint. They do an amazing job with colouring and cutting my hair. Very modern salon, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Love the massage chair when having hair washed. Highly recommend

I used to dread going to the hairdressers but now I look forward to it. All the staff (both hairdressers and reception) have been fantastic. I felt comfortable talking to the hairdresser and walked out feeling great!
