I wasn't very impressed with this service. I took something in to be repaired. They called within the agreed time-frame to tell me what the problem was and to confirm price and how long it would take to fix. Time passed. I heard nothing. Called up and was told, after some to-ing and fro-ing, that the manufacturer had lost the order. Didn't sound like they were too worried. I kept chasing up and finally got my machine back. It took about 2 months - a little longer than the 3 weeks we had agreed. There was no offer of a partial refund for my inconvenience and no evidence that they were trying to chase up the supplier. Or to keep me in the loop. I made all the phone calls. Will go elsewhere in future. It wasn't a cheap repair either ...
