Our second hand Dishlex dish washer suddenly refused to operate after serving us very well for 2 months. As HER had repaired a fridge under warranty before i phoned them and asked about repairing our dish washer.The technician arrived on time and after a short inspection he used the digital display screen to ascertain that the pimp had probably failed. He went away after telling me that he would phone back when the pump arrived and within three days he had returned and fitted the new pump. This man called Byron did not demand money up front but asked my wife to let me test it first and within the next few days i went and paid at their shop at 491 Main Road Glenorchy. It turns out that the Byron is the owner and the very pleasant young man who helped me is his son. In this modern day and age it is always gratifying to discover businesse with old school charm and service. We can heartily recommend this family run business.

there is nothing worse then coming home to find your house flooded cause the pump went in the washing machine. i rang household electrical and told them my problem and someone showed up in 20 minutes.such friendly people well worth the money

The best thing about these guys is that they are reliable. If they tell they'll be there, then they turn up on time and don't leave you hanging around all day.

Since buying our home last year we've used HER for a warranty claim on our new fridge, a repair on a 20 year old oven and a repair on a 15 year old dishwasher. Every time they've been great to deal with,

The most recent event did lack a little in the communication department in that they had ordered a part when I first called them, but it wasn't until I chased them up several weeks later they realised it hadn't yet arrived. Once I did, they were all over it like a Kardashian on a photo op.

If an appluence breaks down or needs a service, these are the guys to call.

Have used this company for years for all the little things that go wrong around the house. Have repaired my oven twice, and recently came to see it a third time - didn't even charge me a call-out fee when they discovered it wasn't working because I'd accidentally pushed the timer thingy in when cleaning it. Very impressed with this. Able to source parts for my circa 1970 stove each time with no problems.
Also repaired my very elderly storage heater once - turned out be beyond help, but they found the part needed for this as well (again, circa 1970) and when I called to say it had died again, I wasn't charged for that visit either.

To start with the legs on my new dishwasher broke off, upon ringing around unable to get the parts these guys advised me of who to contact..YAY, then I needed a new filter bag for my washing machine, I again rang around and these guys were half the price and were able to assure me they were ordering in the right prodcut, not only did it arrive within in a week they also posted out, then my washing machine broke down & they were able to send some one out asap before I went to work, GREAT Service & Cheap call out rate.
