I watched Frozen 2 here with my 3 daughters and wow! Love the experience and customer service and of course the new new cinema
Staff definitely are now better with customer service and the experience was truly enjoyable
Definitely on the pricier side of things.. but i guess its all to do with premium cinema experience, and it's probably a once every school term affair..

Totally agree! I have seen the changes made not just in infrastructure, but also the customer service. Staff are definitely more initiative than before, really make an effort to acknowledge patrons and customers, make a real effort to keep the cinema clean. overall a very nice vibe compared to before the revamp
