Amazing, I called because I was having a power problem with my Photosmart Printer. After a few short questions I was told we will send you a replacement power pack under warranty. I did not think that power packs were covered under warranty. And then, the delivery time was expected as 3-5 business days which was ok for me but not to be I received the replacement the next day. How good that was we have a small home run business and do not have more than one printer so this type of service is greatly appreciated.
