cancelled our credit card with a credit of $287.60 owed to us with the bank stating it will take 6 weeks for them to write out the check then another 3 days for it to clear at our bank also they denied getting interest on our money from investments

they provided very fast service that didn't require much lining up and provided me with very good accounts that is fee free and gave a good interest rate.

I use this HSBC for more than 1 year. The customer service is quite good with nice smile. But, their service is a bit slow. I used to wait for long time (about 15 minutes) for just depositing cash.
