It is a really nice place to come to if you're looking for a variety of foods. It is hard to find a parking space, but its good and worth it if you can find one.

Loved coming here when I was workin here. It's great in the city close to everything and so yummy

This place is Definitely value for money. I Love the food here. Lots of varieties on the menu. Car park is difficult but I Love taking kids here.

I absolutely loved this Chinese and Vietnamese restaurant. The staff were very kind and caring. The food was very nice and the quality of it was also very nice. It was a great value of my money.

Yum, i love the food here, a wide variety of different chinese and vietnamese foods! I come here with my family and friends and we all love to come here to eat delicious chinese and vietnamese food! The service is not bad since sometimes they take forever but sometimes they're really quick. Small restaurant and not much carparks. I would definitely come here Again with my family and friends.

Our family had dined here once at my father in law birthday and that was a good experience. I ordered some Vietnamese food including stir fried noodle with crab which was a highlight of the meal. It's a small and cozy restaurant. However, it's hard to find free parking around that area, that's the reason why i didn't go there often to enjoy food.

The beauty of this place is that it's open in the evening when others have closed for the night. It's Chinese Vietnamese fare. But don't be expecting your full on Vietnamese pho as they only have a small range of that here and only in beef.
I had the cambodian soup and most of it was noodle but still tasty. My dinner date had deep fried spicy pork rib and thought it was fab. The spring rolls with the lettuce And mint along with the dipping sauce was scrumptious.
Service is a little hit and miss. Our waitress was serving the whole floor on her own so we had to be a little patient.
Other than that, is ole old come back but wouldn't have the soup or pho and would go for one of the other dishes instead.

Service is ok, but can sometimes be hit and miss - depending on how busy they are... But food is always fresh, VERY delicious, and served quickly. Also really great prices! This is a regular place for us in Springvale. :-)

Dined here many times, have to say considering the amount of Asian Restaurants around the area, this place has very good food and great atmosphere during the evening. Overall a great place to dine in Springvale

In the heart of Springvale cafe territory. Well cooked Chinese and Vietnamese dishes at reasonable prices. Dont let the laminex tables and chairs fool you, it may look basic but the food here is awesome. Definitely a well kept secret in Springvale, but please check it out out and share it with your friends
