The doctors at this practice are first class. The receptionists are polite and efficient. The reason for marking the practice lower is that I feel I have experienced overcharging. I have also experienced unpleasant, rude behaviour from an older male doctor, who may own the practice. His response to my questioning a charge of $80 for an appointment for a referral and script that took under 10 mins, was to suggest I leave the practice!!!! Go there by all means for the wonderful service from all but this guy. I have reported him to the Health Complaints Comission.

The reception staff are polite and helpful. Im really happy with the level of care provided and the personal follow up. Also, not only do I have a regular doctor who I trust and go to regularly, if she is not available the other doctors are all really nice too!
