Efficient friendly people who know how to make great coffee and make you feel welcome. I'd be there every morning if this was my local coffee shop.

loved their cappuccino.great service.small space but managed very nicely.tried their long black but found it little bitter.overall i enjoy this place..and make sure to visit once in a week for cappuccino.

My first experience is very positive. Super fast service - delicious lemon curd cupcakes! Yum! The toast looks interesting will definitely be back to try. Coffee was delicious....though I emptied my cup far too quickly! Lovely girls. Great little find...a cafe you can feel comfortable in!

Has to be the best coffee in Melbourne.....no Australia! Great staff & service but the main reason I keep going back is for the great coffee. Would have to recommend this place to everyone to try once and then your hooked forever.

Nestled down the Spencer Street end of Little Collins St, Hugo's Espresso is a coffee junkie's nirvana. The secrets to any great coffee shop are consistency and speed, both of which Hugo's delivers in spades. Phyllis' friendly and enthusiastic staff know many of their customers by name and even more by their coffee order. With a simple menu and great coffee I'd recommend every coffee drinker should visit this Melbourne gem at least once, you won't be disappointed.

Awesome coffee and Hugo is great fun! The service is the best in the Melbourne and they always remember my order! I go there every morning and wouldn't dare think of going anywhere else...
