Have been going here for years and thought they did a decent job. Today, some color got on my pants which totally discolored them. Not only did they refuse to acknowledge that they could possibly be at fault, they got aggressive toward me for even making the suggestion. Even went so far as to suggest it was from my lunch. (Sorry I dont tend to eat hair color). Its amazing how personalities change when things go wrong.
