I think that $380 an hour plus GST for a partner of the firm is over the top charging. I found they made errors including due to not following my instructions carefully, they're often slow to respond to emails, and they got very upset and defensive when I queried why their account was double what the other party's solicitor charged (who by the way was more thorough).
