I often go here to get a Chicken Fillet Roll with Coleslaw and tasty cheese. In the past they have had a deal for $8.90 and get a can of drink, but pay an extra 70cents for the cheese. 2day it has gone up to $9. I ordered the same thing but couldn't have the can deal because the roll had cheese on it. I explained that i have done this numerous times and the owner stepped in and said it must have been a new girl and that it couldn't be done anymore. So i just got my roll and no drink.
I thought customer service was about pleasing the customer. It wasn't going to happen 2day, not at Hungry Hound. There was no explaination either. That's just the way it was.
