I had to wait 20 minutes for my order standing along side screaming children and impatient people. I really don't mind having to wait it means that they are cooking it fresh or whatever. But twenty minutes is ridiculous. I only ordered 2 things. Staff weren't even apologetic. There was a lady waiting for her order after it had been made wrong and she was there before me and mine arrived before her remade one did. she didn't look happy either. I chose not to go through the drive through as the line was a mile long but inside was just as bad. It wasn't even a busy time (half past 2) Room for improvement here. Disappointed but at least the food was satisfactory.
