Stock standard Hungry Jacks. Staff are pretty useless, you get what you pay for. Late night drive through not reccomended last time I had to wait ages and it was cold!

This Hungry Jacks need to start placing more staff in the kitchen. Why is it that when I walk in there are 5 staff on the front serving customers but only 2 or 3 staff cooking. Obviously if the management wants to offer fast service, then there is no point taking orders if those orders can not be made fast enough. Why is it that the staff at the front keep "repeating" their orders to the young men in the rear as if they do not know what to make - hello - they have a computer screen. Perhaps the staff should not wait and watch and actually help the cooks in the back complete the orders.

Lastly, have someone clean your dining room. It looks dirty. I don't appreciate having to clean up other customers mess so I can find a table to eat at. Hire more staff doods! get that drive through flowing fast so that you can increase your sales and keep your customers happy.

I have been here 6 or 7 times and have stopped going, there is not much I can eat here and the opening of Oporto across the road has given me a much better alternative. The drive thru is slow, the service friendliness is indifferent and they have a horrible knack of getting your order wrong or have items missing. It is a very busy store and one of the biggest in SA but they just haven't got it right

the Burger's here are usually rushed together, they forget every time we have asked for something to be removed or added to the order or burger. fries are always cold and onion rings aren't how they used to be, they are usually low staff , and have extremely slow staff. I always make sure I drive that extra 10 mins now and go to the holden hill one instead.

The drive through service here is quite bad, even for fast food! The staff are far too young and poorly trained. I mainly get coffee on the way to work and occasionally a breakfast meal and these simple orders are often wrong or take far too long. Staff need training in manners, product knowledge and general customer service

the drive thro service is shocking. Its slow and they always get your order wrong. They are very professional having loud conversions with each other instead of concentrating on orders. I even had swear words written on my drink holder. the inside of the store is dirty and its just a shocking restuarant

So true, I thought the days of fast food places always getting your order wrong were over but this place continues to disappoint.
