I wonder if ever there has been a correct order handed to a customer. It doesn't seem that hard to me. Even in busy times the orders should be 100 % accurate.

A month ago I went through the drive through and ordered a Chicken Tender burger meal with no mayo, they forgot the chips so I had to drive through again, I was half way home and stopped at a red light, open the burger packaging and the burger was covered in mould! plus they had put mayo on it! I drove back but got stuck for 15 mins in traffic due to road works and they said 'oh that's not right' and gave my money back. Was very disappointed and annoyed at having to spend so much time in traffic because of their incompetence.

I used drive-thru and made a basic order - 1 large grilled chicken meal & 6 nuggets ... I've come home with a double whopper i believe it is & it was all lucky to be still warm, and im no longer then a 5 minute drive. It wasn't rush hour, so i don't see how such a basic order can go wrong and be served so cold. I'll stick to McDonalds for a while now, that's not the 1st time an orders been given out wrong at this location, not worth the drive.
