Generally good service and food on most days, however during busy nights, takeaway orders are often incorrect and always have to go back and ask for the right items of food. Good value for money otherwise

This hungry jacks is average like other hungry jacks. Food tastes great (i actually prefer hungry jacks as its not as plain as maccas but this is just preference; sometimes i might prefer maccas) like other hungry jacks and prices are about the same as maccas now. This particular store isnt too busy as there is another hungry jacks inside the shopping centre next door. They recently got rid of the drinks machine which is a shame. I like the self service and the fact that we can mix drinks together (its fun for me anyways...)

Overall average

Completely as you would expect. Quick orders, Cheesy "service with a smile", take away food quality. The only bad thing is the nationwide overpriced food and that is not a setback to this particular restaurant, it's an overall thing. McDonalds is cheaper and the food is better. Simple as that. Having said that though, the quality of the "Angus" burgers are terrible in comparison to McDonalds.

This particular store always leaves us disappointed. The dining area is often dirty - you can come in early in the morning and find old dried up icecream smeared on the walls from who knows when.... There are often dead flies on the windowsills, crumbs and food between the seats.

One morning we went there for our brekky treat instead of maccas like we normally do...... NEVER AGAIN!

Found the drinks machine was dispensing slightly coloured carbonated water, instead of coke...(syrup had run out) so we made a complaint, and they still hadn't fixed it by the time we left (and we were there a reasonable time). The bacon & egg burgers were cold, and one of them was dripping with fat (seriously oozing the stuff). The hash browns were swimming in grease! Now yes, they are deep fried, but these were exceptionally greasy. I normally press them between a serviette to help get some of the oil out.... these were so greasy that they soaked through several serviettes. Infact it took about 20 of them to soak up enough grease from 2 hash browns to make them to your usual level of fries/hashbrown grease. I ended up posting the serviettes to head office to show them :)
