My insurer AAMI nominated HSR, you never really know what you are going to get with an insurance company’s job allocation. However, we are delighted with the results they were very polite, so no issue with customer service the job on my wife’s prized Golf Cabriolet was attended to promptly (and within the time HSR had estimated). The finish was excellent and the car had been professionally cleaned inside and out. Happy wife - Happy Life! Thank you HSR.

Afternoon Daniel, It was unfortunate your car was here for 4 months however that was due to several part delays. We have no control over part supplies. With regards to the parking permit sticker this is a very serious allegation that we have no knowledge of. You also haven't advised us of this issue prior to this post.
Hi Daniel, If the parking permit sticker has slightly come away from the windscreen it maybe from when your windscreen was replaced with a new windscreen after the accident and your parking permit was transferred from the damaged windscreen to the new one???!!! Please be very mindful of your allegations on stealing.
