I don’t even want to give one star, it isn’t even deserving of one star. The doctors are rude, the receptionists are rude. The quality of service is possibly the poorest I have ever had to endure. The Chinese doctor Ma is extremely racist towards other Asians. Dr Ramanee is possibly the rudest, most stuck up, self-serving person we’ve ever encountered. Strongly advise you find a medical service that cares about its public perception & service to the community, the staff here certainly do not.

Dr Nessa is EXTREMELY rude. I went to see a female doctor to get my IUD strings checked after getting it put in a month ago. She agreed to see me as a patient and I waited an hour to see her and thought “that’s okay, they’re open til 7, I’m not pushing it” but guess what? They’re only open til 6! The doors were shut when I finished and I was the last person there. Hours also say that they’re open til 7. Anyway… I should have known better, as the last time I saw her, she gaslit me into thinking my rising cholesterol levels were due to lifestyle choices and I was a stroke risk. I was crying before her and she had no empathy. I went off the pill after, finally trusting my own instincts… Lo and behold, my cholesterol is back to normal a year on… back to my visit today… I came into the office for what I believed would be a fairly routine thing. Before I got a chance to sit down, Dr Nessa said she’s already far behind like it was my fault she’d be held back even longer.
How dare she. If you agree to see a patient, you agree to spend the allocated 15 or so minutes with them to ensure they are looked after. I told her I have slight white coat syndrome and that she needed to be patient with me. the moment I tensed up, she stopped, told me to go to another doctor and get an ultrasound. She barely spent 5 minutes with me.
Dr Nessa should not be a practicing GP. she is impatient, lacks empathy or any sort of bedside manner and gaslights her patients.
I will never be seeing this “doctor” again. What a quack.
I told her what I thought of her sub-par job on my way out. I NEVER get angry like this toward any person in my life but she just got the better of me.
WARNING. do NOT see dr Nessa, even if you’re going for what you believe is a routine check-up. It takes courage for me to go to the doctors every time I go. I will not be shamed for my experiences.

Receptionist does not know what they are doing. The receptionist was advising services they didn't offer. Receptionist kept making excuses for wrong information.

Excellent service and very professional medical practicians. Recommended for all ages young and old.

Good bunch of Doctors. I have several chronic illness'; go there for emergencies. Well looked after by staff and Doc's.

I am (and my 88 old father) their patient for years. Good location, friendly staff, experienced doctors. Center is very busy and it could be problem sometime

I came in to get a immunization summary print out. The receptionist gave it too the nurse and i had to wait in waiting room. I waited for 30 minutes. If they seriously cant print something out quickly then we have an issue. Service was poor this whole time.

This is one of the quick-in and quick-out practices. Don't expect a qualuty 30 minute consultation where the doctor will go thorugh everything. All they is really the diagnosis, treatment/prescription and medical certificate if needed.

Handy location however very busy medical practice. Doctors are experienced however only work on a casual basis on different days.
