I wouldn't reccomend this business .I've waited for Pfizer jab. Found out clinic nex to my place gave it . Too busy to call during week. And took Saturday morning off to make booking went in. Told I wasnt eligible til late August which was fine.then told I need to book . Wednesday. I expltained dont have time to stop and call. Their response we dont care about your schedule we are busy .meantime the three of them are standing there arguing. So busy..I work delivering packages due to lock down we are ridiculously busy I meet maybe 100 people a day as an essential service giver so if I contract it and spread it I be sure to point the ire of the infected directly to them

I took my 1.5 year old in on a Sunday because they were the only place I could get an appointment. I was told she had a cold and to just wait it out. 10 hours later she was bleeding from her ear. I specifically pointed out that she had been grabbing her hear and the doctor didn't see anything. What a terrible experience. Doctors didn't seem to care, just took their fee and sent us on our way. Will never return.

Most importantly, this is a bulk-billed clinic. Large, modern and friendly staff. You can always book an appointment online if you can't get to a phone. Had my flu vaccination here and the nurses really took good care of me since I have a phobia of needles! (Who isn't!)

I was here in January, finding a GP in the CBD was way harder than I would have thought, who knows that when you have fever and ring up GPs they actually ask you to come back 2 days later?!?
Great I bumped into this Medical Center, they allow all forms of walk in , but with no bulk bill - who would care about that when you are having 39 degrees fever and 3 times record of fits, right?
Anyway, I went there, sat down and was told someone cancelled their appointment. The reception allowed me to take the appointment , FOC, without even me asking (I was probably too sick to do so anyway) This really left a deep impression on me and I would like to share with the rest here.

The doctor I saw was a young lady though, so confirming the other reviews about the doctors being young, but she was really patient with me and well all in all this whole experience was really pleasant, and I really want to share with the rest - you know where to go, if you have a problem with CBD GPs being booked out!

I have been to this medical centre several times. The services of the doctors vary. Dr David for example is rude and doesn't take my concerns seriously, dismissing me. It feels like he is judging me for my concerns. Whereas Dr Sean is professional and made me feel at ease.

This is a very handy and very modern and clean Medical Centre, they have some very fast and efficient Doctors so if you want to get in and out very quickly this is the place. They also have some Brilliant Diagnostic Doctors like Dr.Hand. He will spend the appropriate time to really diagnose and resolve issues, I have recommended many of my clients to him as I know they will be in the Hands ( excuse the pun ) of a Proffesional.
The practice is full service medical practice with Dental and pathology and Bulk Bills all patients except on weekends. It is open seven days a week. There is a chemist attached so that is handy too.
Stephen on the front desk is rude and thinks he can say what he likes. The rest of the reception staff are generally nice but tend to agree with Stephen as he Is the Boss and says so enough times, I cant speak for the staff but it can not be easy to work like this. I would personally not like to work in fear of losing my job if I didn't agree. This young man who is the Boss, well that's what he told me, " you no the boss, I'm the Boss." I don't know why it even came up but I'm sure he had me confused with someone who cared. Seems to be able to do what he likes so just try to avoid him and go to one of the other more friendly and helpful staff.
Apart from this one very rude young man, all the rest of the staff are great. The doctors in most part are helpful, and the pathologists take blood very well.
Excellent Medical Service for general attention.

This is a brand new medical center that has opened up not too long ago. The facilities are trendy and brand new and they are open 7 days a week. They also bulk bill. The doctors are quite young.
