I Primus

I joined I primus after the colaps os One Seniors and found that use a Call Centre in the Phillipines, it is very hard to understand what they are saying on the phone and they never give you all the details of the "Plan" you are on, in fact they overcharge you, if you dont ring them they wont put it right. I try to keep well in front with payments, but they seem to loose the extra money you put into your account, then charge you for finding your own money. More than likely other people will have simular experiences to myself.
