I purchased a new car that only had a space saver tyre so I went to Ian Diffen where the guys ordered me a new rim and tyre for under $300 for my spare - very happy with the price as I had shopped around and they were the cheapest for that brand, then 3 weeks later got a flat tyre which they repaired immediately for me for a very good price - will always go back, good service, friendly knowledgeable staff who always give the best service!

I have been coming to this store for over 15 years and always brilliant service. They went over and above recently to source the same Continental Tyre fitted to my 2016 Audi S8 that I destroyed in a kerb collision. Had it in stock quickly and at a great price. They also outsourced my rim to be repaired like new. That is the service you get when the person that owns the store is behind the counter.

I went Ian diffan Rockingham store for two new rear tyres on my falcon to replace the 235/45/17s. The manager told me that the pirelli's i had were no longer in stock and recomended a sumitomo 240/40/17s that not only looked terrible on the car but messed with the traction control. They told me it was my car or waxy layer on tyres so i rang sumitomo who recognised the problem and contacted ian diffan to replace with 245/45/17s that cured the traction control problem but handled terribly. Your front tyres need to be close to the rear tyres diameter i later found out though the manager disputed and i found out that the pirelli's where in stock but weren't on there preferred dealer list so they pushed me to an inferior product to get sales for bonuses up

I booked my car in for new a full set of new tyres and a wheel alignment, and will be coming back here for all my tyre needs. The offered me a lift if I needed one. The staff were friendly and I really believe they gave me a good deal. The car was clean when I picked it up.

Just had my wheel alignment done here and the service was fantastic. The guts were friendly and helpful and were done within the hour. They even offered to give me a lift home so that I didn't have to wait, but its close to rockingham shopping centre so it was easy to walk across the road and do some shopping whilst they worked on my car. Price was reasonable too. I would highly recommend and will be going back for the next wheel alignment when its needed.

I went and seen the team here about getting a wheel alignment for my car, I got some excellent advise and they ended up rotating my wheels balance and wheel alignment right there and then, I was gone within the hour

rang for new tyres was advised of a new and better tyre for my car which better suited the driving conditions for my particular car also i was pleasantly surprised by the price
