After 5 different so called "professional' photo shoots of the family I was ready to throw my hands in the air and call it quits. But after a friend recommended me to www.ianmoonephotography.com I checked out the website and sent off an email and had a reply the very next morning so points were gained with a swift reply and asking the best time and day to call WOW more points for consideration! From being treated like cattle at ALL the other places, we've being made to feel a million dollars from the very start and the details and ideas were created together and not just told what to do and how to pose it was freeing and creative and inspirational to see someone filed with so much passion and cared so much for us and after the best time in the studio were all did a outdoor shoot spur-of the moment at no extra cost and the kids had a BALL! We got great shots and I haven't seen my daughter smile and laugh getting a photo taken until that day and that touched my heart and I have Ian to thank for making us all feel like we were special and making the photo session more fun the I could have ever imagined! We got a surprise in the mail 2 weeks aftr the shoot with a personal invitation to update our photos at 25% off next time! It's the small things that make a BIG difference and his attention to detail and passion shines in everything he dose. I couldn't recommend Ian's services enough! Not only are the images wonderful but a day we will cherish as well.. Oh and forget the long wait on prints we had a cd within days and can share with all our friends too! I'm not sure how much Photographers charge but I got a 25% discount flyer offered to me in St Kilda and have always wanted decent pictures for around the house and to share with family in Italy. After talking myself into it I made the call and was greeted with a bubbly and confident man that made all my fears melt away and after we discussed my session I was totally excited! I was nervous and a little bit anxious when I first was met at he door but after a coffee had been made for me and we talked about the shoot I was at total ease and had one of the best experiences ever! I pictured one of those TV style things where the photographer barks orders then says the same thing over and over like "that's it" "amazing" hold that pose" et but I laughed and was made to feel at home with jokes and after the shoot I was told up to a week for my CD to arrive, It arrived in just 3 days! In the envelope was a personal thank you message and another 25% off deal for e or a friend so I will be back with my bestie for sure! Thanks Ian if you ever get to see this!
