Up until recently I would have given this clinic 5 stars as have attended for about 10 years and my husband about 5 years. On advice from his GP my husband made an appointment because of concern about a skin lesion, no mention was made of vax requirements but 1 week before his appointment a text was received stating no consult unless double vaxed.

I attended this clinic for many years and was happy with the service provided. However I had a mark on my cheek that would not go away. For about 2 years I pointed it out at my appointments and asked if it was suspicious. I was told it was a collapsed oil gland. A biopsy was eventually taken at my insistence and it was found to be cancerous. I have now had two operations and a big scar across my face. Not happy with the service, would not recommend this business and have actively been telling friends NOT to go there.

Arrived at clinic and was not greeted by receptionist but overheard a lot of chatter in the backroom areas. No bell available to signify a patient was waiting.
Very clean clinic and Dr Damien was easy to get on with. I felt a modesty sheet or similar would have been a nice touch. I also could nor remember seeing a water dispenser which would have been another nice addition with Summer temperatures soaring. Prompt attendance and no waiting was very helpful. Would recommend.

Approximate cost: $25.00

Husband and wife team run this clinic. I personally really like Robyn - although beware - she talks - a lot!! I mean that in the nicest possible way, but she does not come up for a breath for the entire visit - but she's lovely and thorough which is why I think she's great. She knows her stuff, seems passionate about it and, touch wood, I don't think she misses a thing. If she has concerns and freezes or takes a biopsy, there is no cost. If nothing is found then there is a minimal gap cost of around $25. I believe there is no cost for pensioners - but check on that first.

The doctors are both very welcoming and professional. The appointments are always on time and the new clinic has loads of parking out front. (Which comes in very handy for South Road)

I have my annual skin cancer checkups with Dr Robyn Sainsbury and my husband goes to Dr Damian Sainsbury. I have referred numerous family members who all go to this very professional and thorough, husband and wife team. And they bulk-bill!
