Trevor and Jason carried out pre-purchase building and pest inspections for me. They were both highly professional, friendly and reliable. They asked about any particular concerns that I had with the property and explained the minor faults in terms that I could understand. I received the highly detailed report on the same day, which was fantastic. The report was thorough, included many photographs and contained helpful details about tending to the minor defects they noted.
