Do not use his services. The technician is very irresponsible. He came to my house to fix my husband’s windscreen fracture. We gave him the car key and waiting inside. After a while, we came out to check. The car key was left in front of the car and the fracture on windscreen was split a lot a lot bigger. And the worse part is that he was gone without any explanation, without taking his responsibility for breaking the windscreen further. We tried to contact him many times but he did not answer the phone calls or messages. We threatened him that we would contact fair trading but he still didn’t reply the messages. It is already 2 weeks now. At first, the fracture was smaller than a $2 coin size, after his service it became larger than 40cm.We then had to call someone else to change the whole windscreen and had to pay for $1000. I believe $1000 is not a big deal to take responsibility when running a business. I had no ideas why he had to run away. Why not saying sorry for the mistake and took responsibility???
