Brought an iteam it was faulty so i took it back and the staff member, was told her name was alisha was very rude didn't want to help me, told me to take it to another store to swap it when i brought it from that store. She rolled her eyes at me when i asked to speak to a manager. I got a refund in the end but i still can't get over how rude she was
