I moved up to Brisbane from Melbourne, and found Identity through a friend - and am SO glad I did! I can honestly say that Identity has become my favourite salon and I can't imagine going anywhere else!!! The stylists are professional and have exceptional attention to detail. If you're after a fabulous colour - make sure to ask for Janine Thomson...she's amazing! If you're looking for a Hair Salon where you can guarantee you'll be looked after, Identity is the one! :)

Fantastic salon! Staff are really friendly and will happily listen to your hair dilemmas. The salon itself is a vibrant space - a pleasure to visit. I've been a client for years and have never left feeling anything less than excited about my new look.

A salon that promises to create ''beauty and confidence'', only left me disappointed and angry. I was trying to grow out my bob ahead of my wedding when I visited. They proceeded to hack it to pieces on one side, so that balance of the cut was ridiculous. It meant I had to have my hair cut short to even it out, and start the tedious growing process all over again. What's more I was charged a whopping $130 for the privilege. A thoroughly unpleasant experience. This place is too full of its own hype and needs to concentrate less on its stylish decor and more on providing good customer service. Forget fancy lighting, I would have been happier with a decent haircut.
