WARNING!! Half-finished jobs, shoddy patches to hide problems they wont fix properly.  Charged an arm and a leg for it! I have observed a friend go through this ordeal. Building inspections highlight many issues which simply stem from poor workmanship.The builder is simply ignoring the issues raised. As an example, the colorbond roof was not cut to correct size (too short). The builder did a dodgy "fix-up" by tacking bits onto the end to try and extend the roof.  and when it rained, alot of water got into her roof and resulted in water dripping through the ceiling...which she believes will also go on to cause other fufure issues with dampness in roof.
Unfinished skirting, doors not fixed into place, and basically error after error. Also the builder went way over time budget. People need to be warned against businesses such as this. It is a very big personal and financial commitment and i would hate to know others have also been stung. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT USE

Great show room to get different ideas for home improvements and renovations. I found it a little difficult to get some attention from staff for help but once I did they were very good.
