Had a number of passport photo's taken. These were rejected by the postoffice as not being the correct size. The post office was quite suprised they were so bad. When I rang the company they said they could resize the photo's but they don't do refunds, so I can't go elsewhere without incurring additional expense, nor would they cover the cost of the express processing. He said they do their best but they don't guarantee passport photos.
