I ordered a security door and Paul, the installer went the extra mile to make sure it fitted perfectly, even taking the door back to the factory to make adjustments (our door frame wasn’t quite square). The door looks great and functions perfectly.

Had a really great experience getting my flyscreen and alfresco screen doors installed. Was put at ease from the get-go by Margaret who is such a genuine and friendly person to deal with, to Matt who came to do the measures and install. All of the highest standard and took the utmost care of my house in the process. A very seamless finish, you can't hardly tell the screens are there! Would highly recommend in a heart beat, nice to see there are some decent trades out there still.

This is the second time we've used Illusion and are again very pleased to recommend them for prompt, courteous and excellent customer service.

Extremely reliable and friendly organization. Did a great job with our fly wires. Very upfront about cost and what could and couldn't be done. And helped us out with some other fly wires around the house - excellent after sales service too!

Our dealing with the Illusion team has been a pleasant experience. From James, the office manager, Margaret on the phone, Matt who came to measure and Brad who installed our double doors front security doors and security sliding door on the decking, everyone was friendly and professional. From our first visit to the showroom to installation, everything was done in 2 weeks. After the weekend we rang about a squeak in the door and they promptly sent someone to fix the problem. Excellent service. Another company we visited on the same day quoted us 12 weeks wait and a much higher price for similar screens. We are very happy with the results and can highly recommend the Illusion team.

I called up Friday and by Monday someone had come out and fixed all the problems! Excellent service, nothing was too hard for them to fix. Highly recommend.
