I've been going to see Ilona for about 3 years now, I always hated my eyebrows and had never had much success with having them shaped. Initially I went to see her as a one off but after the first appointment my eyebrows looked so much better than they ever had before, and it really made a difference to the overall shape/look of my face. I have been going to see Ilona every month or so ever since.

She really knows her stuff about eyebrows and never over plucks or over waxes (which has been a problem for me many times in the past) and enhances the natural shape of your eyebrows.

On top of that Ilona is so helpful, she tells you which products or treatments are worthwhile and which are a waste of money, and she even researched and recommended me places I could get my eyebrows done when I re-located to the UK for a few months.

I live and work on the Lower North Shore so I could easily see someone closer to work and home, but I wouldn't trust my eyebrows to anyone else and the quick commute into Town Hall is well worth it.

I have been a client of Ilona's for a few years. She looks after my brows and eyelashes every month. She is highly skilled and really knows the appropriate shape and colour to suit everyones face. She is meticulous and careful as she shapes and colours my eyebrows and lashes. She also takes the time to give me an education on how to use a brow pencil and look after my brows each day. I really appreciate these "handy hints" Ilona is always on time and extremely professional and courteous. She provides a reminder text service (which I find super helpful!) If I have ever needed to reschedule my appointment nothing is ever a problem, she happily works with me to help me find another time that fits in around the kids etc. She stands by her service and her products and runs an excellent salon. I am very satisfied, I highly recommend her. I happily travel to the city to visit her. She does great brows and lashes!
