I can't quite understand what happened with them seeing as they had amazing reviews here on true local. Things started well when they said they would come to do a quote and then I received the quote. They advised it would have a break down of costs so when I got the quote and there wasn't one I then asked for the breakdown. I was told in their own words I don't have time for that get quotes elsewhere. That was it, the only message I got - How very rude, unprofessional and what terrible communication... All I wanted to do was understand the quote in more depth, I was wanting to go ahead but obviously I need to get quotes elsewhere now - WHAT A TIME WASTER - Maybe my job didn't tick the easy box!

We had their team completely renovate our ensuite bathroom - the result was amazing, the bathroom looks fabulous, however, more importantly, the team were professional and polite, on time, and full of helpful suggestions about the changed we planned. Colin did an amazing job of remodelling our bathroom and rejuvenating our toilet and laundry. He is a true professional tradesman in every sense of the word. It was obvious from our first meeting that he was experienced in his trade and he was very helpful in his advice. He was always punctual and organised as the work progressed and had a good relationship with the other tradesmen he brought onto the job. We were told at the outset when the job would commence and finish and his timing was 'spot on'. Colin was very considerate in the way he treated our home throughout the duration of the job and we felt very secure with regards to his honesty and trustworthiness. We are absolutely wrapped with our new bathroom and would have no hesitation in recommending Col to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and professional tradesman.

Col and Beau have done a great job converting our old bathroom and toilet which we have put up with for many years. Col's fresh ideas and experience has created a striking and modern functional bathroom. He gave us a bathroom that maximised the small space that we had available.
