As a landlord, Image property Aspley totally mismanaged my property. The property management team is incompetent and the principal not accountable for his firms actions. Other units in the building and surrounds were rented out at $100 per week more than mine with other agents but Image Property Aspley conveniently forgot to note those on their rental comparison reports or decided this was irrelevant. They always suggested keeping the rent the same to save them having to do any work or to find new tenants.. all they are good for is collecting money but NOT actually managing a property. They never attended to the most basic maintenance requests and had no idea what they were doing. I literally lost thousands of dollars in rent and suggest using absolutely any other agency instead of this bunch of losers, with an irresponsible owner only concerned about protecting himself instead of trying to fix problems. I would rate them below zero if I could.

Terrible service and communication with tenants. Property condition at commencement of lease handed over to us in shocking state. Six job requests reported within the first few weeks. Ongoing job requests throughout tenancy period.

Initial Inspection report incorrect. Stating curtains when there were none!

We broke our lease and they marketed the property $85 above current rent. It took them close to 5 weeks to accept new tenants in a very thin rental property market and sought additional rent from us during this time. We demanded they drop the advertised rent to what we were paying to allow the property to be tenanted within a reasonable time period (at the advice off the RTA). They dropped the weekly rent slightly and then disputed our claim for bond refund.
