I purchased quite an expensive watch. Once I got it home and tried to set the time, I realised the winder was broken (perhaps that’s why they didn’t set the time for me when I bought it?) and it couldn’t be used. I went in the very next day. Was offered a different watch or to send it off for repairs but I needed it as a Christmas present and couldn’t wait for repairs. Asked for my money to be returned and was treated so rudely I was truly shocked. Talked over me, mocked, disrespected. When I pointed out the consumer affairs requirements she said ‘So take me to VCAT then!
I went out of my way to support a local business but I will never shop there again. It was the way I was spoken to that is the most upsetting part. I would never speak to anyone like that. Be very careful if you purchase there as you will not be likely to be treated kindly at all if there is a problem.

Im so sorry you feel this way, what you havent told people here is that we obtained a brand new watch (same model) for you within 2 days and certainly prior to christmas

I just want to say how welcoming and lovely my experience was with Images of Kyneton. Not only did they repair my jewellery to a standard that looked better than new they helped me find a perfect present for my mother taking time with me as I was very indecisive. I will always come back to buy my special presents here.

We came looking to get an extra hole put in a watch band. The lovely lady working there stated that she didn't have the exact right tool but offered to help. She then proceeded to put a new hole in the watch band and made sure it was perfect. She was so lovely and patient and then refused payment. An outstanding customer service experience. Thank you.

My fiancé and I came in to order a ring (literally a few minutes ago) 10 minutes prior to closing time. An older lady (short grey hair) was closing up earlier and made us feel like an inconvenience.

Long story short is that we were about to order a wedding band for myself (Vivian was wonderful and sealed the deal initially mind you), but seeing as we are an apparent inconvenience, the lady just on lost a 2k + sale.

Not going back. Sorry Vivian, you were great, but maybe management need to look at who else they hire and ensure that not only their customer service is at a professional level, but ensure that staff are actually operating at the stated times.

From a 11/10 to a 2/10 (thank Vivian for me not dropping this down to a 1). Not impressed.

disgusted! absolutely horrible. have never been treated so rudely from anyone let alone a business. My watch was returned to me twice still not fixed and i was told if i didn't like it i could take my business elsewhere.
